Because there are many different types of hardware currently on the market, each contract has to be negotiated separately. The availability of replacement components will determine the final costs involved. Contracts are for a maximum of three (3) years, but may be extended an optional one (1) year.

If industry standard replacement parts can be used for existing parts and system performance declines are not evident, this will lower the costs.

If system specific hardware is required to maintain the system, the costs will be higher.

Generally speaking, a yardstick estimate can be provided on most equipment based on the original cost. However, system specific written quotes will be provided upon request.
